Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If something is out of stock or there’s an issue with your order, we’ll reach out right away.
We ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on the carrier, and once your package is in transit, delays are unfortunately out of our hands.
Because our products are personal‑care items, we cannot accept returns. If there’s a problem with your order, email us and we’ll make it right.
Our products contain natural oils, butters, botanicals, and fragrances. Everyone’s skin is different, and reactions can vary. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test before full use.
